GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC) of DALFILO Srl
1. Scope of application and contractual partners

2. Conclusion of contract and applicability of the GTC
2.1 Contracts for the sale of products on www.dalfilo.ch are concluded when DALFILO Srl receives the customer's order in accordance with the procedure described below and accepts the order.

3. Purchase Process
3.1 The customer purchases products in accordance with the instructions and procedures provided on the website www.dalfilo.ch.
3.2 Before the order is sent, the individual costs for each product and the total costs for multiple purchases are communicated transparently to the customer.
3.3 After sending the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail from DALFILO Srl containing information on the main characteristics of the purchased goods, the detailed price, any delivery costs and a reference to the GTC.

4.1.1 The Customer may pay for the goods ordered in accordance with the specified payment terms. Accepted payment methods are PayPal, Klarna and credit card.

The seller reserves the right to change the accepted payment methods if necessary. Customers will be informed of such changes in advance.
4.3 Shipping costs, customs costs and returns
4.3.1 The ordered goods are dispatched at a cost of CHF 7.90. These costs are communicated transparently to the customer during the order process. Customs costs are already included in the shipping costs and the customer will not be charged additionally for customs clearance or fees.

5. Right of cancellation and return of products
5.1 The customer has the statutory right of cancellation and may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
5.2 In the event of exercising the right of cancellation, the customer must inform DALFILO Srl of his decision. The model cancellation form is available for this purpose or can be sent by e-mail to service.ch@dalfilo.com.
5.3 The customer is entitled to test the product as part of the intended use. This also includes washing and sleeping in the products. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, together with the documentation and accessories.
5.4 The customer must request the return slip for the return shipment from our customer service at service.ch@dalfilo.com.
5.5 The customer is obliged to bring the product to the packing station with the return slip received within 30 days of receipt of the order.
5.6 For defective goods or defects, a notification period of 14 days after receipt of the goods by e-mail to service.ch@dalfilo.com applies.
5.7 In the event of lawful cancellation, DALFILO Srl will refund the price paid within 14 days of receipt of the products.
5.8 The right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or personalised goods pursuant to art. 59, letter c of the Consumer Code.

7.1 The website www.dalfilo.ch, the brand and all industrial and intellectual property are the exclusive property of DALFILO Srl and are protected by applicable trademark laws and international treaties.

10. Applicable law and competent court
10.1 The contractual relationship and the GTC are governed exclusively by Italian law.

11. Discount codes
Discount codes cannot be combined with each other unless expressly stated.
